📄 NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)between the Partner and Virgo Agency

Parties:
- Virgo Agency, hereinafter referred to as "the Agency"
- Partner, hereinafter referred to as "Party" or "Partner"
1. Subject matter of the agreement
The Partner undertakes not to disclose, discuss or distribute the following information to third parties:
- The amount and structure of their pay/remuneration
- Details related to specific projects, clients, locations and other aspects of cooperation with the Agency
2. Partner's responsibilities
The Partner undertakes:
- Do not disclose confidential information obtained in the course of cooperation
- Not to use such information for personal use or for the benefit of third parties
- Maintain confidentiality both verbally and in written/electronic form
3. Expiration date
This agreement shall become effective upon signing and shall remain in force indefinitely, including after termination of cooperation.
4. Liability for breach
In case of breach of the terms of this agreement:
- The agency has the right to terminate the cooperation immediately
- The Agency has the right to limit or terminate the Partner's access to opportunities, services, participation in projects and other benefits provided by the Agency
- The Agency reserves the right to claim compensation for damages
5. Applicable law
This agreement shall be governed by the norms of international law and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
